How to make the Windows Store work after reinstalling Windows 10

After reinstalling Windows 10 for the sole purpose that my Windows Store wasn't opening, the reinstall din't resolve the issue. Every time I try to open the Windows Store it stall for a little bit, then crashes. I reinstall Windows hoping it will fixed the error, but I still have it. I have try everything, using cmd, wsreset, troubleshooter, powershell uninstall and reinstall, updating Windows 10, creating a new account (user) to use the store and nothing seems to work. Please help.
