How to move everything from one windows phone device to another?

In my case, I had to send my Focus in to be repaired, and when it came back, it had been restored to factory settings and the memory had been wiped. I figure there must be at least some of my old phone stored in the zune software.
how would I put this onto my phone?

My contacts are stored in my windows live account, and they update automatically from windows live.

If you plud into your desktop/laptop and connect to zune whatever is on there will be restored. Your calendar info from the cloud hotmail live should come back as well along with contacts and if your on facebook those contacts etc will come back any programs you have can be restored as well.
