How to move files from onedrive to another onedrive account or other storage service?

I think I had asked this before but can't find the thread

I have 1Tb storage in my onedrive but my O365 license is expiring. I want to copy the files to another storage like another onedrive account or google drive

How can I do this easily and without using a lot of data?

I had used mover.io in the past but their service is no longer free
