How to recover Undone files

Hi, I have just recently been on a trip to Sri Lanka and I recorded parts of the trip on my GoPro Hero 4 Silver. When transferring the files I cut and paste them from the GoPro's SD card and pasted them onto my HP Pavilion laptop. I then accidentally pressed undo and now all my files are gone and they aren't on the GoPro because I cut the files from the SD card. Please help, there was a lot of memories on there
