How to reinstall Insider Prev. after revert to Win7

I ran into an issue during a build of Win Prev plus my RAM needed replaced, which was expected sooner or later, and had to reinstall windows with a recovery disk. The disk I have is for Windows 7. So now that I'm back on Windows 7 I'm having issues reregistering my pc for the insider program and unable to figure out how to reinstall the Insider Preview. I may be just too tired and missing something obvious here....but if anyone can point me in the right direction to get the Insider Preview reinstalled that would be great.

Are you currently on windows 7 or 10? I suspect that you'll need to jump to windows 10 first and then enrol in insider
