My lumia 950 is showing Lumia Help + Tips app twice in the app list. I have complete a reset on the with and without restore backup and the duplicate still comes back. Any ideas?

My lumia 950 is showing Lumia Help + Tips app twice in the app list. I have complete a reset on the with and without restore backup and the duplicate still comes back. Any ideas?
It won't affect performance nor storage space so you can leave it as it for now until the next update for windows mobile comes out. Usually double entries get sorted in the next update
