How to remove family set up issues in nokia lumia 635

Hi, I am using nokia lumia 635. I can not download any applications or unable update the applications. Everytime it is asking for family set up needed. But I am 43 years old and I am not able to use this mobile properly. Kindly help me to relieve from this issues.
