how to REMOVE PIN setting

windows april update, windows hello, and bunch of other useless features, including REQUIRED PIN, i dont have it set, because it is huge security risk, tho everytime when i am logging in, there is so much new text, and when i log in, it REQUIRES setting a PIN lock code, which is ONLY 4 numbers, WHY is it required and how to TURN IT OFF PERMANENTLY. thanks for answers...
