How to restrict app updates on Mobile Data and use them only on Wifi?

So I recently saw that App updates use a lot of mobile bandwidth. Is there any setting to restrict mobile data for app updates. I want app updates only on Wifi and not on Mobile data.

What issue are you experiencing? app updates are started manually and should not update automatically, the exception to this is system updates, in this instance you can go into settings>phone updates and uncheck the box for automatically download updates
