How to save image from video on windows camera - w10m 10166

Hi all...
When i open windows camera it prompt hold camera button to shot video you can save image lately. When i try there is no edit button,just play,share,and delete. How to save image from video taken with windows camera?
Oh ya, is it really microsoft drop out lumia camera from windows 10 mobile?
