how to scan for viruses or malware on Lumia 925

I carelessly opened a .pdf attachment in an email that I later discovered was spam from a hacked yahoo account. The attachment didn't open in the .pdf reader, and I later deleted the .pdf file from my Lumia 925.

I don't know whether my phone is infected or not. What should I do?

Don't worry about it. I mean that 100%.

Even if the PDF was infected, there is a virtually zero chance it could do anything. I would only worry if you sent the PDF off to say, a PC. There are plenty of threads on the topic of Windows Phone and viruses here.
