While this application gives you an insight of phone memory as well; surprisingly, it doesn't show the "Ringtones" folder in the phone memory! I wonder why!

Because Microsoft gave access permission only to Pictures folder in Phone memory and full access to SD card

Using Pocket File Manager is the easiest way I think. But you need to buy the app. (Was able to get it for free. )

Yeah i agree with your post. But it wouldn't hurt MS to enable the video share option. I thought the 8.1 would have this but so far there isn't any such option
