How to share hq videos from my wp ?

Hi guys! When i try to send videos i,v taken with my Lumia 930 it processes the files to useless quality and send them as 3gp files. How can i send hq files (mms) ?

You'd be better emailing them if they're high quality - sending as an MMS would probably reduce quality in order to fit in size restrictions.

Thanx for the reply! That would explain it i rarely sent mms (limit is 300kb) with my iphone due to iMessage...

Better upload them to some cloud service and link the files.
