How to Sync Windows Lumia 730 Phone Bookmarks to Chrome/Mozilla Firefox or Any Browser

Hello, I am Using Windows Lumia 730 Phone and I have a lot of bookmarks in my phone's UC Browser. I just Want to take that Bookmarks to My Laptop. And Because there are more than 100 bookmarks Sync will work great.
So I just wanted to ask that how can I use my phone's bookmarks to my Laptop.
