How to sync World at Arms savegame from my Lumia 520 to my Windows 8.1 PC?

I'm downloaded the game for my Lumia 520 and to my Win8.1 PC. I'm played on my phone and I reached Lvl 10 and I want to sync with my PC.

If the developer has allowed this function then you can do it. If it doesn't exist then you can't. It's really that simple.

If it's a function you want and doesn't exist then email and ask the developer politely for it.

It seems to function with Facebook so maybe that's how it's done?
