How to tranfer contacts from Treo 650 to Mogul

I was wondering if someone will have some insight as to how I can transfer the contacts in my fiances Treo 650 to her Mogul. I think it might be possible by beaming, but was wondering if there were any other alternatives. Thanks for the help.
