How to transport contacts from Android to WP8?

So recently made the switch to WP from Android (bought the L520, great experience so far and waiting for a new Lumia 925-like phone in 2014), but I have a problem. I don't know how to transport contacts from Android to Windows Phone 8? Also if I sync my Microsoft account with my Facebook account, I get my contacts but I also get some pictures from Facebook that I do not want yet can't delete. So anyone know how to solve these problems?

Use 'Transfer My Data' app from Nokia. It is the easiest method. Uses Bluetooth for data transfer from your Android.
