I'm sending myself crazy with this. Yesterday after updating to wp8.1, I accidentally found I could switch off the vibrate on the three buttons at bottom of phone.

After having to do a hard reset I can't for the life of me find how to switch it off again.

Thankyou

Should be in the Touch settings. You will be asked to restart your phone after changing the option.

Go to settings> Touch> Navigation Bar. Turn navigation bar to off to turn off key vibrations.

Go to settings> Touch> Navigation Bar. Turn navigation bar to off to turn off key vibrations.

Touch> touch sensitivity
double tap to wake that's it.

I've double checked phone is up to date and is on Lumia Cyan.
I knew I didn't dream that. It's not there.
Thanks everyone looks like the phones going to sent to get fixed anyway. Hopefully that feature will be on it when it comes back.

You said hard reset tight? You gotta reinstall all the system apps. Then under the touch option you will find an option toggle for vibration bar.

How do you reinstall the system apps.Touch is there it's just the same as it was on wp8.
I am going to know more about this update and this phone than most folk.

You can either do check for updates in Store settings, or install an app called Sys Pusher and grab the updated Touch that way.

It's back. Yeah. I did another soft reset. Touch app had changed. Honestly that system app changed. No bloomin wonder I feel I'm going loopy.

Now to sort out the lack of Bluetooth.

Thanks for your help on that.
