how to uninstall built in app?

Is it possible to uninstall built in app in windows mobile 10?

I want to remove Xbox and movies & tv

I am using windows mobile 10 insider preview on lumia 640

A lot of instructions I found are referring to windows 10 desktop which use PowerShell

You can not remove system apps

I think login to your phone's web dev tool using its IP in your LAN there's a way to remove apps and it shows ALL apps so go try that, I think I tried it to get rid of skype but no luck, yours may be better
