How to unlock AT&T Nokia Lumia 2520

I am in a big mess with Lumia 2520 unlock issue , AT&T sent me 8 digit number when I request it over the web , its all good , but when I insert local non at&t sim card system does not prompt me for unlock code , AT&T instruction says enter 8 digit code on All Access app , but it has only two options 1. my account 2. wifi locator , since I am out of USA I am unable to register new account , can anyone please help me to get it unlocked

I bought a used 2520 AT&T from amazon. I'm in canada so i put my rogers sim... When going in AT&T app all access,i dont have any place to enter a unlock code. There is no such thing as a unlock button.

Do i have to create a AT&T account first ?

Hi! I have this problem too.
I use 3 different sim cards, but not find area for enter the unlock code. I call to att, but they recall to Microsoft, who not working today...

Hi,, I so have problem ,, I can not find option to enter unlock code,,, only appear on setting network "No Service"
who can solve this??/
