First, you have to install "Preview for Developers" from the Store. then enable the preview. You will be prompted to update in a few minutes.

obviously its my choice, but i want to know, i heard that update 1 is dev preview, and there is no chance to go back, and i didnt use any gdr updates yet, thats why m asking this, will it give me same speed or it'll work little bit slower?

you can go back, you'll just have to check out the instructions on here.
GDR updates are just minor updates, under the hood changes, smaller extra features...
It should work the same speed, thats my experience. There's not much that will make it obviously slower...

Personally, I've found folders to be invaluable, and the new user agent to be a bonus.

1.5 GB is the OS size. If you update it via OTA, it should be around 300 ~ 400 MB.
It is worth a try. Nice live folder and several new features.
