How to update unbranded/interop unlocked device?

Hello Guys, okay?
I would like a help.
I got The CSC ZTO, Brazil, and i am using The Gdr3 preview.
Yesterday I changed something in The registry to 000-ATT and when I searched for update, show an available.
Does anyone know if I can upgrade smootly? Will I have any problem/bug if I go The update?
