How to update windows 10 builds?

Hey, just wondering how do i update my windows 10 build? Its been stuck on the current one for just under a month now and i cant figure out how to update it to the current build.

Make sure you're signed up for insider preview builds, then check the fast/slow ring settings.

Alternatively you can download the ISO of the latest build then upgrade if windows update doesn't deliver it.

I normally download the latest esd build released for the fast ring from an online source then convert to an iso file.
