How to upgrade after factory reset.

Hey everyone. Just updated my 920 to Lumia Black the other day. However, after the factory reset, it appears the black update is no longer on the phone. Any idea how to get it back?

What happens if you go to "settings" | "phone update" | "check for update"?

It says your phone is up to date, but i know it isn't!

Can you attach a screenshot of the "about phone" screen in settings?

If you updated and did a reset, the latest os stays. So you're still on black but need to have the rest of the system settings updated as well to have that Black word in your extras + info. You'll most likely get a notification on your app tile in a day showing those that need update or just use sysapp pusher to manually update each

Yep. Those aren't part of the os per se so we either need to update or download. Go with the sysapp pusher. I also have them on my phones so in case I feel I don't get any updates I just open it and check
