How to watch 360 degree videos in windows 10 modile

I am using Microsoft 640, 3 days back I update my phone after update I got one option in Movies & TV app (i.e.) 360° degree video, now how can I watch this video I should use any VR box if needed please tell me the compatible VR box to my phone.
