How to you merge Outlook 2010 calendar which is installed on PC with new window's 10 Calendar?

I have already added my Microsoft account to window's 10, but was unable to add Outlook 2010 calendar. Get error message, stating that account already exists. Help please.

If the calendar in outlook 2010 is connected to an email account, you should make a Microsoft Account using that email, and sign in to your win10 with the same email.
