How warm can the Lumia 1020 be?

I used to have 920, and it can be very warm on my jeans pocket
Sometimes it can be unpleasant

How about this L1020 level of warm?
is it okay?
is it just around the camera hump?

It't sometimes warm, but never really hot.

The 1020 can get very hot. Enough for me to take it out of my pocket because it was bothering my thigh.

My 1020 never gets very hot. It will get warm when playing a game like order and chaos but not uncomfortably so.

I have noticed the 1020 has never gotten as hot as my 920 does. In fact, none of my other phones (1020, 820, 810, 620, 520) gets as hot as the 920. Something about that phone just makes it feel like its gonna start on fire!

Now that you mention it, you're right about the 920
Something is definitely off with this phone, and maybe it has this hidden feature as a fire starter lol

To answer your last question, in my experiences, yes. Right about the NOKIA name on the camera. That is usually where my 1020 starts to heat up, then it will spread downward some toward the middle of the phone.

Mine gets hot when I play graphically intense games, especially when it's charging at the same time. When the 1020 came out I noticed some 1020 owners making jokes that the camera hump gets hot enough to cook an egg on it.

Honestly all phones get pretty warm when the GPU is being pushed. Something about lack of fans in there.

Still using my iPhone5 for now, and I already sold my Z1
the 20mp Bionz G-lens isn't that good
it's dissapointing actually even after the latest camera update
