How well carrier reps "know" the Windows Phone OS

If reps don't want to do their homework, it's their lost sales. I learned about WP7 from a rep who went from BB to Android. He did his homework, and he got a sale. He goes out of his way to find out what his customer's need is and tries to sell them the device that best fits what they're looking for, regardless of platform. He has the new LG Optimus, and after playing with it, I'm really looking forward to the Apollo devices. It's amazing to see 720p on a phone.

Verizon: I am not overly knowledgeable on all the operating systems. I do know that an Android phone as the ability to create your own apps.
