How will MS/Nokia screw up the 730 ?

I know many people that have no use for NFC, Qi charging or SD card. These people do not know that these features exist and moreover, they do not care. They do care about pictures, and having/not having a dedicated camera button can make a buy/no buy decision for these people. It's definitely possible to use a phone without it, of course, but the added convenience can be very important to some people.

Point is, different features appeal to different people to different degress. Me, for example - I really do not care about the camera - for it's main purposes, Facebook/Insta/Snapchat uploads, it performs very adequately on my Nexus 5. But I do care about NFC, HDMI Out and Chromecast capabilities.
You have a nexus 5 and you are complaining about a windows phone not having a camera button. Pressing the button causes the phone to move which makes the quality bad. That's why I think only lumias with iOS have camera buttons now. You can just use the action centre to launch the camera from the lock screen anyway so you won't really miss that feature. You can launch the camera from anywhere else in the os the same way too. Why not get an 830 If you are so "obsessed" over a camera button?

Typical ******. "You don't need this because I said so"

If you're not aware, people like the camera button when they want to go directly to the camera app to take a picture. I use it on my 521, and touch the screen to take the picture. Regression is not progression.

To add on, i've gotten great shots with the camera button. DSLR's use camera buttons, does it "makes the quality bad"?
It's a great easy-access camera shortcut that I can press as I take out of my pocket, not after, and is great for tactile feedback and focusing IMHO.

Also the precedent of camera buttons before the updated requirements with WP 8.1 probably makes it more of a sticking point for many. Like how many people complain about no Glance on the 930, yet its not something on say, the iPhone.

I thought you were a wp fan and hated iPhones?

For me not having glance screen is also a key reason not to buy this phone. On the other hand, I'm not sure if ever there will be dual sim WP with that option.

Lumia 730 is the best dual sim option for a windows phone, till now all the dual sim options were low-end 500/600 series, so nice to see a mid-range dual-sim Lumia.
