Windows Central Question

As far as I'm aware of, Windows NT kernels cannot handle heterogenous processors, like the various clustered big.LITTLE solutions. How come Lumia 950 and 950XL can be based on big.LITTLE SoCs? Maybe Windows 10 implements proper big.LITTLE support? If not, then how can it drive and handle all 6 or 8 cores? And if it does support big.LITTLE, then are all 8 cores available for applications to use, or only one cluster can be active at any given moment?

Thank you. BTW, I secretly hoped Dan would speak about this in one of his very useful videos, but so far haven't seen this mentioned. And not even a global web search would lead me to answers on this...

Regards,
Tamas
