How Would You Rate The Windows 10 Mobile Technical Preview Program?

Your thoughts and opinions on the program ? Since the mobile is getting ready to release in the next month or so how would you rate it? On a scale from 1-10, 1 being the worst and 10 being the best how would you rate the mobile version of the technical preview program?

Microsoft gave us a Fast and Slow ring to test out the preview release builds. How would you rate this program and Microsofts handling and communication of the updates?

I would price entire program with 10, not because it is perfect but because it is best thing happend to Win platform in the last couple of years..

Speaking about build itself I'm really satisfied with the latest one, if I ignore standard problems with battery performances I have no any mayor issue, some minor problems with certain 3rd party apps but that's something I can live with... overall it is maybe 7 or 8/10 if you ask me...
