Howto cancel app order? (refund)

Is there any way to cancel app order and get money back. I didn't remember apps name and bough wrong one.

If that is what Microsoft says then I guess that is your answer. I always try an app before I purchase to make sure it is right app and does what I need or want.

The policy is no refunds but I've heard if you contact their support there may be something they can do for you. Try here:

Just wanted to say that I just tried to get a refund because an app I bought didn't work, and I got it right away Great service!

I am trying to get a refund for an app that i have purchased. But do not seem to get valid contact options or details. Please let me know how to reach them for a refund. I am from India by the way.
