HP Elite X3 And Why They Are Targeting Enterprise

Thanks OP for sharing. Hope you keep us updated when unboxing.

For enterprise deals, I really hope they found a large enough user base so other companies can take notices and can decide to jump on board. Business decisions will take time though, they will not buy on impulse.

HP has been showing off the Elite x3 to large customers for some time now. They must have a full funnel as "HP is simply too big to fail AGAIN in the smartphone market"!

..when purchased in quantities of 5 or more save $49.99 per line item..." So I guess businesses get 250 bucks off when they buy 5.
Of course, In a $6.5M annual IT budget, $50 is nothing. (That's my budget, which inlcudes phones, servers, PCs, and salaries.)

Daniel, with that kind of IT budget, can you offer your perspective about "how you view the HP Elite x3" IF it ONLY supports AT&T and NOT Verizon? For example, in this day and age, how much is a large Enterprise "locked" to one specific carrier?
