Htc 8s cannot access microsoft account since using recovery tool

Hi I reflashed phone using recovery tool (wish I didn't) and when I try to log in to Microsoft account I get error message problem with server we can't connect at the moment. wait for a little while and try again

I did this with my Lumia 930 and some other users are also experiencing this. Apparently this is an issue at the moment. I talked with tech support in my region and they said they're engineers are aware of this. They're trying to fix this.
