I am having a HTC 8s and I installed Windows 8.1 developer preview. I tried to deploy the application on Device from Visual Studio, using USB cable, but the system doesn't recognize my phone. It keeps playing the "connect" and "disconnect" sound from Windows, like forever. I tried software updates, phone reset and researched for other solutions but with no luck.
How to overcome this?
