HTC 8X and MobileVoip Application

Hey Guyz!

I'm using htc windows phone precisely 8X and I install MobileVoip application for making calls, it's working fine for like 2-3 months now but just recently i begin to get some strange things from the application that is not login at all. whenever i tried login it showing this error ...
Sign in failed
Unable to connect
press ok to retry
(system Failure)
I tried all possible troubleshooting including resetting the whole phone and starting a fresh but still No change. Please can anyone help it's 3 days now i'm having this problem.
