htc display issue

Hi

i've this issue concerning the windows 8 HTC phone which got zoomed in display like 200% for some reason and i can't find a way to solve it or navigate normally i don't know if this is common so is help if you know anything about the matter plz thanks

Is just the text bigger, or things not fitting on the screen?

I would check in the Settings and Ease of Access for the font slider for most common cause of text being zoomed.
