HTC Dot View App (m8 for windows)

Last night, I picked up a dot view case on clearance at tmobile for $5. After playing with it a bit, I noticed my dot view companion app was missing. Went to store...couldn't find it. Did a Cortana search and found its download page, but it shows "installed"...when I click view, instead of showing it in app list it takes me to start screen. App is not in app list. Anyone else notice it missing?
