HTC event perfect timing?

What are the odds of HTC having a working phone for their event? Is Microsoft going to be present there as well? Imo this would be the perfect time to unhook the plow. Thoughts?

Well, I'd assume that it would be a similar event to Nokia in that there wouldn't be much of a Microsoft presence there at all - especially if HTC is unveiling before WP8 is released. That would be great if they could do it soon, so quickly after the iPhone 5 release presser. It would show a strong presence of WP8 devices ready to kick some ***.

The full reveal of wp8 is likely to be a Microsoft event with partners invited not the other way around.

They sent invites out to android sites so you can bet that wont be where WP8 is revealed.

Yeah, I'd bet that HTC's event will be a multi-purpose that happens to announce a few Windows Phones as just a part of their fall lineup.
