So it looks luck htc is slowly updating there apps cause flashlight app got an update.
It looks like it got a ui refresh and transparent tile.

Got the update on my HTC 8S but the new UI flashes for a second and than reverts to old one.

Got the update on my 8x too. It's good. Hoping for the driver update which helps us to update to gdr1 of 8.1
