HTC is not good support

Hi all.i send several email to support htc but they not have good answer for HTC 8x support.has anyone any news from htc for better support wp8 devices?we need just double tap and led notification for missed call or unread sms

Well, I don't think Windows Phone can handle LED notifications.

Anyways, HTC isn't in the best of financial conditions to begin with, and they haven't put much into their Windows Phone lineup anyway, thats unlikely to change until they push out something new.
I guess you mean "you need just double tap and led notification..."

It isn't really going to add much to their bottom line to go through the trouble of DDTW, but hey, I don't know for sure.
