Hi, Wondering if anyone here is having similar problems
My HTC Mozart when receiving mms video (ive tried .3gp and .mp4) always displays it as a .amr file. It will play back a few seconds of audio and nothing more. Ive spent hours on the phone to Telstra followed by HTC. They came to the conclusion it was a faulty handset and gave me another but the new one i got today is doing the exact same thing.
Ive ran the htc connection manager, and also tried a factory reset.
Can anybody shed some light?
