HTC8X Wont start: Gets to splash screen and reboots??

My phone started flaking out yesterday. It powers on, shows the white background "htc quietly brilliant" screen, vibrates, powers off, then just keeps going in an endless loop. Tried searching here, soft reset does nothing.

I let it sit overnight to drain the battery and still the same result.

Any ideas? I cannot go a weekend without my phone. And I'm out of warranty, so no option to "return" for a new one

You can try a hard reset, but that will clear all your data. Instructions here: HTC 8X hard reset
