Hydro Thunder Hurricane won't install??!

Anyone else having this problem is hangs on install downloading halfway?

Mine installed just fine. I got it on the Surface launch day. It did take a bit of time for it to download and install but I didnt run into any issues. Have you tried restarting the Surface?

Yep. Couple of times. Not sure what the deal is.
