I am getting a blue screen,and it says as system_thread_exception_not_handled, how can I fix it?

I am getting a blue screen,and it says as system_thread_exception_not_handled

I tried to restart it,but no use,one of the button is working. I even took out the battery and then restart it,but no use. Phone is only a month old.
