There are three 920 variants - the North and South American Variant (rm-820), the international variant (rm-821) and Chinese version (don't remember the product code)

If you are in the Americas, better go with the RM-820 (for LTE band support)

All variants of the 920 will get the GDR3+Lumia Black update

None of them currently have Black / GDR3.
