I am not able to explore the SD card in Lumia 730

Initially, it would allow me to explore but now it just displays a blank page under the SD card. I tried another card and the issue is same.

we need more info to work on, i.e. your OS and screenshot of the same issue. I own a 730 and have never encountered this error.
