I am running W10 Mobile build 10.0.10586.107 on a Lumia 929, why can't I seem to open any of my files?

i am running w10 mobile build 10.0.10586.107 on a lumia 929.

cant open media content, pics, contact info ect. the phone does not notify me of new messages, or new calls, weather I am using the phone or it is sitting idle. Cortana is confused at times, cant find contacts, and wont reliably connect to my hands free radio in my work vehicle.. I use this phone for business. if there is no fix for at least some of the issues, will someone please let me know, trying to decide if I should go back to 8.1.
