I am still on black?

Hi i have a lumia 520, was on dev preview. Got the update for Dp last week, but still on black. Am i likely to still get the update for cyan.

Im Uk on O2 service.

i have tried to untick DPreview, and check for updates etc., but still nothing. Is there a site to check when the Dpreview will release Cyan for all phones?
