i am unablew to delete a draft document in microsft publisher runninngon windows 10.

whenever i try to delete a draft version , i get a message telling me the document is open and so it cannot be deleted , yet the document is not open in another programme? Normal right click delete selection will not work. the document refuses to be deleted ?

Not sure why this happens ?
